I’m a writer, movement guide, and mom who spent a decade teaching yoga and fitness in the studio before shifting toward a slower, nature-inspired approach to wellness and everyday adventures. Adventure Well Now is my space to share mindful movement, grounding breath, and simple wellness practices to cultivate the steady, grounded presence we all crave in busy seasons of life.
